This is a marketing poster created in 1986 to promote Disneyland's 31st Birthday party, "We're Another Year Old Today," on July 17th of that year, and the release of that summer's animated Disney feature, The Great Mouse Detective. The Great Mouse Detective was released on July 2, 1986. The poster features characters from the film riding the Mad Tea Party in Fantasyland. In the margin below the image the description reads, "As a special tribute to the release of Disney's new animated classic, we warrant and guarantee that 'The Great Mouse Detective at Disneyland', by Disney animators Ruben Procopio and John Emerson, was illustrated and printed exclusively for Disneyland's 31st Birthday Party, July 17, 1986." The poster measures 24.5" x 30.5" and is in very good condition.
